🚀 New Features CMR Management
📧 Advanced Email System and Autoresponders
We have implemented a completely new Autoresponders system. It allows automation of customer communication through predefined email sequences. We have also added the long-awaited “Send CMR by Email” functionality, which enables you to send documents directly from the platform, saving valuable time.
All emails sent from the system are now monitored (logged) for better traceability.
📦 Improved Goods Management
We have added a dedicated section for Goods Management in the client panel. You can now search more easily among saved goods.
A major improvement concerns copying CMRs: from now on, when you duplicate a CMR, the related goods fields are automatically copied as well, eliminating the need for manual re-entry of data. You can also search and use goods previously entered in other CMRs when editing a new CMR.
💳 Payments & Subscriptions (Stripe & Invoicing)
We have updated the payment system by integrating Stripe, offering a more secure and faster payment method. In addition:
We have introduced support for discount codes (vouchers) and promotional banners.
Tax invoices are now generated with greater accuracy (XML validation, fallback exchange rate).
Improved notifications for subscription expirations and renewals.
🛡️ Audit & Security (Activity Log)
We have introduced a detailed Activity Log (Audit Log) for all documents and resources.
Complete history: You can see who modified a CMR, a driver, or a location, when the modification occurred, and most importantly, what was changed (old value vs. new value).
Security: Enhanced protection for admin folders and detailed logs for sensitive actions (deletions, edits).
Printing limit: Monitoring for fair use.
