Digital Transport eCMR v4: eCMR-compatible digital workflow
CMR Management is launching Digital Transport eCMR v4, a digital workflow for issuing, sharing, acknowledging, and archiving electronic CMR evidence for international road transport.
What was launched
The release connects sender, carrier, driver, and receiver in one operational flow. A document can be issued from CMR Management, shared through a secure link and verification code, updated during the journey, inspected through QR/public access, and archived with PDF/A evidence.
Digital Transport eCMR v4 includes participant accept/refuse actions, pickup and delivery events, receiver confirmation, downloadable evidence bundles, API access, and signed webhooks for integrations.
Who it helps
The release is built for hauliers, shippers, and logistics teams that want to move from paper-based CMR handling toward a controlled digital process while keeping participant and document traceability.
Spain DeCA context
For routes involving Spain, Digital Transport eCMR v4 also includes DeCA context for the administrative control document, helping operators prepare operationally for Spanish freight-document digitalisation requirements.
How to start
Existing clients can log in and choose a package that includes Digital Transport eCMR. New users can create a free account and continue through the registration and order flow.
Transparency
Digital Transport eCMR v4 is an eCMR-compatible workflow. It is not a certified eFTI platform. Legal suitability depends on the route, parties, procedures, and applicable law.
