Yes, the system sends automated email notifications when you reach 80% and 100% of your monthly limit. You also receive renewal notifications 30 days before subscription expiry. All notifications are personalized in your language.
What is the CMR application and how does it work?
The CMR application is a digital system for managing CMR (Convention Marchandise Route) documents. It allows for creating, editing, printing, and storing CMR documents electronically, facilitating international freight transport.
How do you protect my data and are you GDPR compliant?
We use encrypted connections (HTTPS), secure storage on backed-up servers, role-based access controls and internal GDPR procedures. Personal data is processed per our privacy policy; we can provide Data Processing Agreements (DPA) for enterprise customers.
What is CMR compliance and how does the application ensure it?
CMR compliance refers to adhering to the Convention on the Contract for the International Carriage of Goods by Road. The application ensures compliance through automatic validations of required fields, standardized formats, and updates in line with EU legislation.
When is a CMR required?
A CMR is required for international road freight shipments between countries that are parties to the CMR Convention. It applies when pickup and delivery are in different countries and at least one is a CMR member state.
Does CMR Management support eCMR / digital signatures?
The current platform provides management, PDF export and printing for traditional CMRs. eCMR and digital signature support can be offered as a custom solution on request (separate implementation). Contact us for details.
How can I save time with auto-fill features?
The application automatically saves company information, recipients, and frequently used locations. Once entered, this data will be auto-filled in future documents, eliminating the need for manual re-entry.
How does CMR Management help with GDPR compliance?
CMR Management is fully GDPR compliant, with data encryption, explicit cookie consent, automatic deletion of inactive data, and data access reports. We also provide user data export features for portability requests.
How do I use the CMR duplication feature?
In the CMR list, click the "Copy" button next to the desired document. A copy will be created with all original data, which you can modify as needed. This feature is useful for similar or regular transports.
How can I quickly search through my CMRs?
Use the search function in the CMR list to filter by document number, recipient, date, or other criteria. You can also sort columns to quickly find desired information. The search function is instant and saves you valuable time.
What information can I see in my dashboard?
Your dashboard displays detailed statistics about CMR usage, including monthly CMR creation counts, most popular delivery locations, and remaining limit for the current month. This information helps you monitor activity and plan usage.
Can I filter and search CMRs by multiple criteria simultaneously?
Yes, the CMR list provides advanced filters that allow you to combine multiple criteria: creation date, company, destination, driver, CMR number, status, and many others. You can save favorite filters for quick use and export filtered results in PDF or Excel format.
Is e-CMR (electronic CMR) accepted and does the app support it?
Acceptance of e-CMR depends on laws and practices in the countries involved. Our platform manages standard CMR documents and exports compliant PDFs; full e-CMR support (electronic signatures / interoperability with third-party systems) is available as a custom option — contact support for details.
What are the usage limits for each plan?
Basic Plan: 30 CMRs/month, Premium Plan: 100 CMRs/month, Unlimited Plan: Unlimited CMRs/month. Limits reset every month.
What happens if I exceed my monthly limit?
When you reach your limit, you will receive a notification and won't be able to create or print new CMRs until the limit resets. You can upgrade to a higher plan.
What pricing plans are available?
We offer several plans: Free Plan (free with limited features), Standard Plan, and Premium Plan. Each plan includes a different number of CMRs and additional features.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept credit/debit card payments (Visa, Mastercard), bank wiretransfers, and other secure online payment methods. All transactions are processed securely.
Is payment made for a full year in advance?
Yes, our subscriptions are annual and paid in advance for a full year. This system allows us to offer better pricing and ensure continuous quality services. You will receive an invoice at the beginning of the subscription period.
Is there a trial period and how can I cancel my subscription?
We offer a free/trial plan (see Pricing). You can cancel from your account subscription area or by contacting support. Refund policy is detailed in Terms & Conditions.
How do I print a CMR document?
To print a CMR, access the document from the CMR list, click the "Print" button and follow the browser instructions. Documents are formatted for standard A4 printing.
How do I download a CMR as PDF?
Click the "Download PDF" button from the CMR document page. The PDF file will be automatically generated and downloaded to your device.
How are prints counted and why are they tracked?
Each actual print (when you press "Print" in your browser) is recorded in the system. This helps monitor usage and enforce your plan limits. Prints are only counted when the document is actually sent to the printer.
How can I customize the CMR template with my logo and company details?
From the settings panel you can upload your company logo and fill in company details; these appear on the printed PDF. For custom layouts (different positions, colors, fonts) we offer paid options or bespoke implementation on request.
How do I contact technical support?

Can I import or export CMRs in CSV/Excel format?
Yes — the platform provides CSV import (for customers and templates) and CSV/Excel export for reports and CMR data. Accepted formats and columns are documented in the support hub. For large imports we offer mapping assistance.
Do you offer an API or integrations with TMS, ERP or invoicing software?
Yes, we provide a REST API for data import/export and integrations are available for enterprise customers. Common integrations (TMS, ERP, accounting) can be configured on request. API documentation is available for partners.
What are your data retention and GDPR policies?
We store user data in compliance with GDPR; document data is securely stored on encrypted servers. We offer configurable retention policies and the option to delete data on request. See the full Privacy Policy for details.
Is there a mobile app or mobile-optimised interface?
The web interface is responsive and optimised for mobile devices. Development of a native mobile app can be provided as a custom service on request.
