Acceptance of e-CMR depends on laws and practices in the countries involved. Our platform manages standard CMR documents and exports compliant PDFs; full e-CMR support (electronic signatures / interoperability with third-party systems) is available as a custom option — contact support for details.

When you reach your limit, you will receive a notification and won't be able to create or print new CMRs until the limit resets. You can upgrade to a higher plan.

To print a CMR, access the document from the CMR list, click the "Print" button and follow the browser instructions. Documents are formatted for standard A4 printing.
Click the "Download PDF" button from the CMR document page. The PDF file will be automatically generated and downloaded to your device.
Each actual print (when you press "Print" in your browser) is recorded in the system. This helps monitor usage and enforce your plan limits. Prints are only counted when the document is actually sent to the printer.
From the settings panel you can upload your company logo and fill in company details; these appear on the printed PDF. For custom layouts (different positions, colors, fonts) we offer paid options or bespoke implementation on request.
